finally I found the app that is best for my product options! I love it! ITS FREE and it is well working for my store! Thank you!

Very easy app and even more amazing customer service. Did not know why I was having an issue during set up and someone reached out to me right away. Best service I've seen from any developer on this site.

This app has really helped our business to deliver all the variants/options we wanted. Customer support has been absolutely SUPERB. I have been using this app for a while now, it continues to improve and be very functional for my online store. My customers LOVE all the options we are allowed to give them. I recently had a few bugs with another HULK app and customer services fixed those right up and quickly too!!

Amazing application. Did everything I needed and more. Every entity relationship was planned to perfectly match the average developers use case on the shopify platform. I wish more shopify applications were as well though through as this.

This app gives you more flexibility than using the standard variants. I had a few issues at first getting the options to work correctly but their tech support didn't give up on me. They worked on the problems until the issues were resolved. I wish all companies had as good of tech support as they do.

I sadly couldn't make use of the app as 1 feature wasnt available or customizable for me. To incorporate a second selection within a product that already has selection choice of 2 items. After some back and forth and removing the app post free trial period Hulk was super responsive and approved the refund. Awaiting shopify to process. Thank you for the prompt responses and understanding! I hope to use your products in the near future!

Probably the best app with free features out there. They are quick to help install and fix any errors that may come up. Easy to use. These guys will even go above and beyond to help you with your site if they can regarding tweaks that have nothing to do with their app. For free, Could have a few things to make it perfect but there are paid apps out there if you want even more customization.
We are even coming up with priority support soon. This will help merchants to skip the queue and get responses quicker. Our team is planning on taking the Product Options app to the next level. Stay tuned!

Thank you for your support. We changed the name slightly, from Custom Product Options to Infinite Product Options. But the app features remain the same. We will continue to improve our apps as we grow. Lots of exciting things to look forward to, so keep in touch!

This app did exactly what I needed it to do. I ran into a few small issues with my theme and the developer was very quick to help me get those issues resolved. I use this app to offer custom embroidery options for certain items on my website. Initially I tried to use Shopify's variant system for this but I quickly passed the 100 variant limit. This app is well worth the monthly fee. I absolutely love the conditional statements - i.e, if a user selects one answer then it will prompt for additional information depending on that answer. Everything is well explained in the manual and was very easy to set up.

I love this app! I just downloaded it because I needed to add a custom field to my website. This app made it very simple. I'm sure I will find more great features as I continue to use it! Thank you sooo much.

Fantastic! I needed to0 add options to change the price , and didn't want to use variations as it would take to long every time to alter the option or price. This this is one of the few apps that lets you alter the price on options.Support helped me when I changed my theme to reinstall it. Do note you must press "sync products" to get the option to show up. Thank you so much for the fab app!

When we originally used this app, it seemed to cause us no end of problems - and the customer service to rectify problems seemed very slow. However having tried several other apps, the features this app offers are very accommodating and it is reasonably priced. We have just started using it again to see if things are any better and I have to say, the customer service has been incredibly good, fast and patient. A vast improvement from about 6 months ago :)
We are sorry you were facing the issues. Our app doesn't disable your site. Most of the issues that occur during installation and sometimes clients miss a step or two that cause issues. Our team is very responsive and tries to help every customer. As a free app, we sometimes run into small backlogs but we still try to resolve all tickets within 4 hours.
