I was exhausted when i was installing the app and i badly messed up everything and they fixed it while i was in bed!! Just fabulous. Literally the best thing ever to wake up to. Thank you so much!

Perfect app for product options, once you can get it all set up and working properly. It was conflicting a little with my current theme but Hulk App people were nice enough to finally help me, took a while. The app is free, I love a free app but I wouldn't mind paying for it if it would mean Hulk would add in a little better support and also add the feature to be able to used coupon codes. I spent months trying to get this app set up and started using it and realized that there is a conflict between the app and the shopping cart and once you have the options applied to a product, that product can no longer use coupon codes at all. So customers can't use ANY coupon codes with any of my personalized products and that stinks. Hulk says they have plans for this feature in the near future but I can't wait so I have to change to a different app that is going to now cost me $20 a month, which I am not happy at all with. I have tried all the other options apps and they all are no good.

I just started using this app and it is super great especially being free! I did need some help with the liquid install which was promptly done for me. AWESOME. It seems to work just like other product options apps I have used on shopify but had to pay monthly for before. Great app and even better customer service :) definitely recommend!

I sell shirts in many colors, sizes, types and with customization options. I looked everywhere for an app to allow me total flexibilty. The Shopify system only allows 100 total variants so that caps me at 5 colors x 5 styles x 4 sizes = 100. No enough! ... and does not offer color swatches. This FREE app from Hulk is incredible and so user friendly. Allows unlimited variants in a very simple interface and color swatches too! Also, this is the only app that allowed me to so easily program CONDITIONAL variants, meaning variants that will only show up once client makes another selection. In my case, if customer click YES to customize the garment only then do the other variants appear with choice of customization options. Finally, tech support is incredible, I wrote with a question regarding the app and they solved my issue within 24 hours. This app is 100% 5 stars in my book!

This app has really helped out my store which has a lot of variants. I struggled to load this within my shop but the staff helped me get it running in time for the sales weekend!

They solved my problem quickly and successfully. Help me much. Thanks. This app provides some featured options, uploading files, image buttons, etc. If your store sells custom products, I really recommend you to try this app.

This app allows our customers to choose a product variant based on a photo of the option they are interested in. I had trouble installing it on a premium theme so their support staff handled the entire setup.

Terrible app if you charge for extra options you can't offer discount codes store wide it will hide the discount box at checkout

This app helped me provide multiple different product options to my site, each with individual customisations and conditions, and the customisable display options allowed me to make the app run flush with my site design. When I encountered a problem with the options not displaying correctly on mobile, I emailed HulkCode Support and they fixed the issue for me within a few days. I then encountered a follow up layout and display issue, which they quickly fixed the next day. Overall brilliant app and brilliant service!

This App is very great. Our products have many accessories to choose and by this App I can add accessories easily to each product. Moreover, it is free App, and the service is fantastic. They helped me to set this App up in the new theme very quickly. I recommend this App 100%.

I needed some product configurator type options to select and add to the base product price. This APP allowed me to do that. I had a little issue applying to my theme and the support team solved it for me in less than 24 hours.

What a Great FREE App! Exactly what I wanted. A bit tricky to install but following the instructions very carefully got it the second time around. Setting up the options takes a little time but then it works. Background colours can be customised to match your stores background + other tweaks to make it look good. Does what it says? Allows priced options to be displayed on the Product page, and adds them to the cart and the checkout. I'll be using this App alot to market known options for products! Better than upsell....no sudden popup at the checkout! And did I say...It's FREE!

We are new to Shopify (and Ecommerce) and were looking to customize gift boxes with a personal note. The App does what we need and adding the text box to the products was easy. Our challenge was app integration because we do not have a coder on staff. This is when tech support shined. One request and the task was done.

I used this app to create a complex drop down list that included being about to upload files. I didn't get the coding exactly right and the team from Hulk Apps not only helped me fix the issue so that it works perfectly but even cleaned up the formatting of the list so that it looked better too. The response time was good, responding after one day and fixing the issue by the following day.
