I am testing this free app from past few days and it had met most of my requirements. I ran into issues during installation and few functionalities were not working fine with my theme. However the Hulk Support team stepped in and fixed the issues. I would highly recommend this app. Try this app before you pay for any other app.

Didnt like this app at all. Ended up choosing a different app. This one was not user friendly and had too much confusing coding going on. I gave up and switched to a much easier app. ***Update- Found out this app left coding on my theme which cause some of my features to not work. Had to work with my theme provider to have it removed so my site would work again. I'm avoiding all Hulk apps now thanks to the frustration.

Discount code functionality at the check out page won't work, if you choose options with the additional cost with app. support team was top-notch !!!!!!!!!!!!!! highly recommend any of their stuff to anyone. Great product, great service!

I have to say, this is one powerful little app. And what's more, as a business owner, the team at HulkApps have really backed their product too. I had a little trouble making it integrate into our website and what we required was fairly complex in some ways. But when I ran into trouble, I fired through a support ticket and they were on the case really quickly. Before I knew it, they were in and had fixed up the problem and we're not opperating exactly how we wanted to. Stoked, highly recommend any of their stuff to anyone. Great product, great service!

I have been using this app for some time and it's great when its working. But any change and it bugs out. I have just updated my theme on the 19th and sure enough its no longer updating prices in cart. The new theme (Narrative) also doesnt seem compatible on the lap top version as the options are not scrolling with the screen. I sent through a support ticket straight away and have put our site on password protect until its fixed and unfortunately its now monday 21st inching closer to lunch time and our site is still down with no one from support returning my emails to help. Every minute the site is down we're losing sales and if not resolved in the next couple hours I think i'm going to have to uninstall and look at other options so I can get our site back up. Please help ASAP!!

The support was great with some installation issues with my theme. For a FREE product I found the support very responsive and helpful. They did a great deal to make the app a good fit for my store. Unfortunately some of the features I needed were not within the scope of this app so I had to move on. But I would definitely recommend this app if your feature list is not too long.

Best app on Shopify. they provide premium features for free and the support is also good.

I had problems in the beginning but the support team was top-notch! They helped me set it up and was very much willing to help get everything up and running for me. Now I have custom fields and upload function with no recurring fees! Thank you!!

48 hours + after install, still no support.
We're sorry that we couldn't reach-out to you on time. But we have streamlined our support service to an extent that we respond to our merchants within 3-4 hours, and also provide priority support to merchants who need things done without any loss of time. In hopes of amending our past mistakes, we asked our manager to contact you.

I truly can not understand all the 5 star ratings for their Support Team: it took three days for them to even look at my site. In the end, they did nothing, ignored my questions and basically blew me off. But the app generally does work. However, their Installation Guide is not accurate and I will not be buying any apps from this team.
That's something we are constantly working at improving. There might have been a misunderstanding on this particular incident, as most of our customers really appreciate our friendly and responsive support. In an case, we sincerely apologize for the poor experience you had with us and hope you find our new and improved app worth giving a try :)

Great Addon, mixes 3 other addons I use to save me even more money and time, the fact that conditional fields are possible make it even better!

The app is excellent, but the customer service is on another level. The quality and timeliness of responses I received from their support team rivals that of well-established blue chip companies, which for a free app is almost unheard of. They were kind enough to help me install, troubleshoot, and even answer some additional questions I had. They saved me the trouble of hiring a coder or using a paid app to have my site execute the way I wanted it to, and they saved me many hours of trying to do this stuff on my own. At first I had some issue to install correctly the app, then I asked for help, and the customer service has been so helpful and they worked fast, as it was urgent. Very happy with the app and customer service.

Discount functionality didn't work after adding this app. Also, their support is not willing to fix it. Do not use this app if you want discount functionality working.
The discount code functionality issue has been resolved. Let us know if you need our help in re-installing our app. :) We asked our manager to reach out to you to talk about the issues you were having.

Great app! It looks & works wonderfully with my theme (Supply). I had some technical difficulty installing it onto this theme and contacted support. They were extremely helpful and quick to respond and even installed the code for me! Customer support was excellent!
