Globo Product Options, Variant

After struggling for a little while to get this to work (I couldn't get the options to appear on my product's page), I messaged support with a quick description of my problem. Without me having to lift a finger, the issue was fixed in just a couple of minutes. Rosie also matched the widget to my shop's theme with just a few more minutes of waiting. It's hard to believe all this was possible so quickly with just the free tier! I look forward to playing with this tool some more!

Great app but not suited for my particular use case. I've tried a bunch of other similar apps and this one, imo, is the most logical and easy to use.

The app is useful of you have very modest needs with free plan. In case you need a little customization or translate to another language, you will need to pay. The customer support is great tho

There are some things like data sync that you cannot do yourself. I was having old deleted sets showing on my site and needed to have them fix it via chat. It was a quick fix once we found there was a problem, but it shouldn't have been a problem to start with. overall though its free so I can't complain too much.

I have been working on my shopify website for 3 days straight trying to do one task that I thought was simple. It turned out I needed Globo product options to do the task and with the help of Mike I managed to do achieve the result I wanted within a couple of hours. Thank you Mike - the screen shots were very helpful tools to use.

Had an issue with some add-ons that belong to a main product that has already been deleted, appearing to charge a customer twice, however spoke to Rosie and the team managed to sort the problem.

This app is very useful, and I appreciate the regular updates that keep it among the best in its category. I did encounter a critical issue with a new feature when using it for the first time (hence the one-star deduction), but the team resolved it promptly after investigating. I’m especially grateful for Clara’s help.

This was my first experience with the Globo app and it has been excellent. After upgrading to the latest version, I found the process of creating option sets to be much smoother and more intuitive. The support team was fantastic—specifically Clara, who was incredibly helpful and prompt in troubleshooting a few issues I encountered. Overall, a very positive experience!

After trying out various other option apps, I’ve come back to Globo Product Options for the 4th time! The reason I finally chose them was the outstanding support. Clara provided lightning-fast answers to my questions and helped me solve my problems right away. I’m really happy I settled on this app.

Great experience so far. Team has been prompt in giving quick responses and fix to our small issues in the process of implementation. Just one suggestion please work on the live preview section. More than 90% customers shop our product on mobile device and we expect live preview to be seen as they type customisation inputs. Currently they have to scroll up and down to be able to see previews.

A bit expensive for what it is but it works great and the support team (specifically Clara) is very helpful!
