No complicated font or customization involve just simple font and file upload. But gets the job done. Support team is helpful as well.

OMG broke my whole site - left a lazy loader so all of my thumbnails were invisible, knocked my logo and navigation totally out and didn't even do what I bought it for. Shocking! Luckily a Shopify support guy took out all of the bad left coding. I should have read the reviews.

Ich hatte einige Probleme mit einer App für meinen Shop, was zu gewissen Herausforderungen in meinem Arbeitsablauf führte. Glücklicherweise konnte ich mit Clara in Kontakt treten, und ich bin mehr als zufrieden mit dem Service, den ich erhalten habe. Clara war äußerst hilfsbereit und professionell. Innerhalb von nur 10 Minuten wurde mein Problem gelöst. Ihre schnelle Reaktion und das umfassende Wissen über die App haben mir sehr geholfen, und ich konnte meinen Shop schnell wieder reibungslos betreiben. Die App ist zwar nicht ganz einfach zu bedienen, aber Hilfe bei Fragen wird sehr schnell und kompetent angeboten! Ich bin sehr zufrieden! Mir gefällt die App und sie passt gut zu meinem Geschäft.

We’ve tested quite a few product option apps, and this one stands out by far. The setup is intuitive, the interface is clean, and it allows us to create complex product configurations without any hassle. What we really appreciate is the flexibility – it works perfectly for custom products, bundles, and detailed option setups. Everything looks professional on the storefront and integrates smoothly with our theme. Performance is also great – no lag, no bugs, everything runs reliably. But the real highlight is the support team. Fast, helpful, and actually solving problems instead of giving generic answers. Clara helped me resolve the issue where my add to cart was not wearing with certain option sets, and she was able to resolve it first thing in the morning the next day! Great work

Great experience so far. Team has been prompt in giving quick responses and fix to our small issues in the process of implementation. Just one suggestion please work on the live preview section. More than 90% customers shop our product on mobile device and we expect live preview to be seen as they type customisation inputs. Currently they have to scroll up and down to be able to see previews.
