I had a few questions regarding theme integration & within seconds Mike from Globo was able to walk me through step by step on how to fix my issues. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend!

MIKE ist der BESTE!!!!! wir haben 12 stunden den fehler gesucht, irgendwas beim installieren übersehen, dann den support kontaktiert, der SOFORT da war & super mega freundlich und er hat es innerhalb von 2 Min geregelt so das alles läuft und zusätzlich das layout an den shop angepasst! RICHTIG MEGA COOL! Ich ❤ Mike und ❤ globo! Note 1 ▀█▀ ███ █▄▄ █▄▄

I installed this app as I needed more than the measly 3 options that Shopify provides. I had a few issues with getting the information pulling through into the email confirmation. Got in touch with support and Clara was in touch with me within about 10 minutes. She asked if I would like anything else; I said in an ideal world I'd like this and that to be done. It was all done by the time I got up the next morning. I then went back and asked if they could change the location of their option buttons and it was done overnight. No back and forth, done right first time. Highly recommended!

The app has many features and work very well for my needs. We ran into an issue with our theme not updating properly for Shopify Variant and reached out to Globo Support team for assistance. Steven was very prompt in responding and Clara did a wonderful job finding the cause of the issue and assisting in getting it resolved. Highly recommended!
