Globo Product Options, Variant

The app is very easy to use, and the customer support is extremely fast and friendly. I'm very satisfied!

We've been using the Globo app for variants for about 8 months and it's been the best decision. It's made packing orders for the team significantly more efficient (we were previously sending separate invoices for add ons after the order was placed). From a developer stand point, the team is extremely helpful and responsive and has done an excellent job supporting me with getting the team's requests live!

Rosie's customer service is 10/10. She has helped me on all the Globo apps I have and she's so patient and attentive. I know she'll get whatever I need done. I love that she always goes above and beyond and follows up my query and get it resolve Please do not hesitate to use Globo, they always have the best options, customer service and customisations. We've used the Globo Product Options for my other sites, and recently installed on a new site. The app is very easy to use and there are sufficient documents to help setting up. The support is also good, although I started with the free version, they are always willing to help and provide the support. Helen is particularly helpful! Great app with great support.

Online support is great too, I sent an enquiry and received an email back from Helen, who provided a lot of support.
