It is our first time developing our store on Shopify and Globo is such a great feature for us to expand our variant options. They are fast in response and are very accommodating with requests. They get exactly what we are looking to achieve in terms of the design and outlook. Helen was such a great help!

Rosie responded very quickly to our request but was unable to implement changes as Shopify bundle does not work with globo.

オプション機能が使いやすく、長く使用させてもらっております。 また、サポートもしっかりとしていただき、不具合が起きた際は細かいやりとりやオンライン上で直接原因究明をしていただきました。 とてもおすすめのアプリです。 The optional features are easy to use and we have been using them for a long time. Also, the support has been excellent, and when problems have occurred, we have had detailed communication and direct online assistance to determine the cause of the issue. I highly recommend this app.

I was experiencing issues with my custom options for my products and could not figure out how to configure them properly. Rosie chatted with me and then configured them for me. Perfect app for displaying image variants. Even better for the quick, helpful and readily available support, directly accessible through the app management page. I've used support via chat, and Rosie was instantly available and took the time to completely resolve my issue.

Had a great experience with Rosie from customer support! We were having some troubles with the app in our webshop and she helped me for more than an hour figuring out the problem. In the end she found the cause of the problem. Would recommend!

Helen was very helpful getting me started with Globo Product Options. This is the best shopify app for creating options for bundles of separate products. Support is very quick.
