A functional app that does exactly what we need in order to upcharge for garment embroidery and customization. Friendly and fast support makes this app the clear choice for above and beyond product options.

This is the first and only product options App we tried and kept. It is intuitive, highly customizable, and easy to deploy. It's been working as expected. Had a few integration issues and Helen helped sorting them out promptly and smoothly. As a paid user for more than a month now, we would recommend the App users who look for a powerful yet easy-to-use product options and variants App.

Great app with all the features you could need, and quick helpful support. Only minor complaint is that sometimes it takes too long to load on the product page, so the controls "pop in"

UPDATE 2: I had another problem today, which I wasn't sure whether it was Shopify or Globo Product Options that could solve it. I emailed Globo as I've had great customer service from them before (see below). Steven very quickly answered my email, and promised to have a look and see what he could do. I didn't expect a reply for a day or two, as I know it was late their end. To my surprise within half an hour Steven had replied, and had sorted the problem out! I can't express how amazing their customer service is, it really is the best I've ever experienced. The apps are also first class, and I'm now trying out some of their other offerings. Many thanks Steven and all at Globo - you've made my day! UPDATE: I had a problem (June 2025) whereby I was not receiving the personalisation information from some customers. I emailed Globo, they had a look at my store, and they realised I had an add to cart button on some products that enabled customers to just add, rather than them have to fill in the details - my fault entirely - Globo fixed this problem for me very quickly, and went out of their way to help, problem is solved, and I am very happy, can't recommend Globo Product Options enough. I run a personalised gift store on shopify, and therefore needed a good, reliable app to be able to let my customers add names, choose colours, etc. I chose Globo, and have never looked back. It does absolutely everything I need, is extremely easy and flexible (as I do change things a lot!) and looks good. And it's also very cost effective. I recently changed my theme, which although I love it, I could not get to grips with how to have my personalised options, so thought I would carry on with Globo. This was fine, but for some reason (my fault), the personalised boxes were right at the top of every product page, and no matter what I did, they stayed there. I wanted the boxes under the buy it now section. I emailed Globo, just asking if there was anything I could do to help. I had an answer very quickly, asking for authorisation to be able to look in my store and see what the problem was (there are special ways for reputable app companies to look without seeing any of our personal information, financials, etc). Of course I agreed to this. This morning I wake to an email from Globo with a screenshot saying "is this acceptable to you" - and there were my boxes, under the Buy it Now section, just as I had asked! I came and checked on my PC, and yes, it's all done and perfect! Globo's customer services are amazing, and go beyond and above. I highly recommend Globo for anyone needing options to personalise goods etc. Thank you!
