Rosie is such a sweetheart. Notice a little bit of error for image swatch on my ecom store. It's fixed quickly. Appreciate the fast respond and fast solution. Been using Globo more than a year now and always satisfied with their features and services.

Outstanding app, probably the most customisable and powerful product options app for shopify. Developers made changes very quickly for a very custom request I had, but 99% of all complex option requirements you will have are already built into the app!

Found the app very easy to use and set up. I wanted to make a custom width on the variants area to take up more of my website and filed a help ticket with Globo. Within 24 hours they had already accessed my site and made the requested modifications to make it exactly what I was hoping for. I couldn’t be happier with their app and service level!

This app is amazing and has changed our site and the ease of adding personalisation. Then I absolutely have to point out the incredible customer service from Helen. She fixed an issue I was having on mobile in an extremely timely manner. 11/10 would recommend!

I'm working on getting custom options set up for my store and Rosie and Helen were very helpful. The options I needed are available, setting them up was reasonably intuitive, and they helped me figure out why I wasn't seeing them in my theme (user learning curve :-). Their help was much appreciated.

So far this app has proven very helpful by enabling us to add custom product features to our website. The live chat customer support has also provided some creative solutions when we ran into hurdles. We plan to continue using this plugin.
