Customer service was extremely efficient. Helen was able to fix an issue we had with _has_gpo appearing in our order confirmation emails. It took less than 2 hours and the issue was resolved.

Rosie was a great help and assisted me with a major issue that was a main concern with my customers, great job I am happy with the app. It is not as straight forward as I wanted but the live chat with them is good and they did their best to solve my problem. Thank you

We've tried other customizer apps, and this one has been the best by far. It's easy to use, and the number of options really allows us to meet the needs of our customers. Also, the support team is quick to respond, and they are invested in helping you with whatever you need - from setup to troubleshooting.

Excellent Support & Great App! I had an issue setting up custom variant pricing and reached out to Globo support. Their team has been absolutely amazing — they worked with me patiently since morning until everything was resolved perfectly. The app works great now and does exactly what I needed. Huge thanks to the support team for their dedication and quick response! Highly recommended.
