Customer service is excellent. They are quick to respond to any questions. They are courteous and very helpful with setup support quickly. The app is also very versatile and can be set up with all kinds of options. If you are looking for an app with optional settings, I recommend it.

Great App, does what it says it will. Rosie did great work in resolving my issues and questions. Very patient and understanding and went out of her way to figure out the issue herself

I've been using Globo from day one for my online store and it has become a staple in my daily operations. While there are some limitations, it ticks all the boxes for what I need. The platform itself is user-friendly and intuitive, making it a breeze to use even for those who aren't technically inclined. Customer service is excellent. Helen, in particular, has been exceptional – quick to respond and sort things out. Appreciate the straightforward help.

Love this app! Super easy to use and customer service is amazing and quick. We have worked with Helen and she has helped us multi times when we couldn’t figure something out! Definitely important to have quick customer service for an app like this that functions a big portion of a website and Helen has always provided just that!

I recently integrated the Globo product add-on into my Shopify store, and I must say that the experience has been nothing short of fantastic. What truly set this journey apart was the outstanding support I received from Rosie, a customer service representative who went above and beyond to ensure my store got off to a smooth start. I couldn't be more grateful for the assistance and 5 start customer service she provided.

Amazing app, really easy to use and with great functionality. By far the best personalization app I used. Plus, the support is awesome, I had some custom requests and they didn't hesitate to deliver!

So far so good! I just began using the app and it does everything I need plus more. very excited to get started and also using the POS system. The large options for variations is also very great! It helps make my process and product more assessable for my clients. Will review later after some time to get a better feel for the app.
