Great app. Simple to set up and easy to update. Customer support is quick to reply. Helen fixed up my request with out any hesitation. Worth every penny.

Contacted customer service because I needed assistance customizing a few features in my store and Helen was great with assisting me getting everything set up. My store is now functioning and looking the way I want it to. Helen made sure she took time to ensure that every detail that I wanted taken care of was addressed before she ended our session. So far, this app is proving me with everything that I need to ensure that my customers get the best possible options when they visit my store.

We are happy with Globo Product Options service, their CS and developer are very quick response and helpful! The option fields data can be shown my custom order receipt and order report! Which means their app is easy and capable with another app. Excellent app!

Very happy with the Globo app. I had a minor issue with the set up however Helen from the support team fixed the problem promptly & efficiently. Great App & great service.

I can't rate the app yet as I just started using it, but I had trouble getting it integrated into my website and the customer service was so helpful. Rosie got everything fixed up that same day, and was great to work with.

We have just installed this app and so far it has been easy to setup and does everything we need it to! We also have had amazing support from the developer on any questions we had along the way.

The customer service is unbelievable. Always a polite, friendly and swift reply from Helen. Only room for improvement is making it possible to make conditional logic based on the shopify product variants

Easy to use integration, love the options they have with drop down, text box, stacking additional values to each variation on top of product based price. Support was great, they responded very promptly when there's some glitch on one of my product line. I would highly recommend this app!

Great support! I had an issue with the app, some settings weren't working correctly (my theme is a bit outdated). I opened a ticket, and in less than a day, the problem was resolved! Thanks Helen from the support team.

Loved this app - its really easy to use and really lets you take control of your own store. The staff (especially Rosie) are really helpful, friendly and quick to action! Would highly recommend using this app!

I've been using this app only a few weeks and every time I have a question or can't get something to work correctly they are very quick to help. Today I wanted the custom text field in my items to show up on the packing slips. I emailed them and Helen had it fixed in just a couple hours with the time difference.

Helen helped me a lot, one of the functions was not available in the standard version of the plugin. They implemented the new function in less than one day. I recommend this plugin.
