Great response time in chat! TONS of patience with understanding my lack of technical skills! Absolutely willing to try EVERY option when we encountered a roadblock, which was only a detour for Helen!!! She went above and beyond my expectations and NAILED my vision of what I needed for my website! I will 10000000% recommend Globo to anyone that is in need and definitely mention HELEN as the MVP in my book! Keep up the AMAZING work, HELEN!! I recently had the experience of working with Globo Variant and must say I am thoroughly impressed. While it turned out that their variant option wasn't the right fit for my specific needs, their professionalism and customer service were second to none. From the get-go, the team was extremely communicative. They took the time to understand my needs and were prompt in answering any queries I had. It's rare to find a company these days that values customer engagement to this extent. I was equally impressed with how quickly they processed my case. Despite the variant option not working out for me, the team was fast in offering alternatives and processing the necessary changes. Their efficiency saved me time and effort, making the experience smooth and stress-free. One of the most striking aspects of my interaction with Globo was their responsiveness. They were always available to address concerns or make adjustments on the fly. It’s refreshing to see a company so in tune with customer needs. In conclusion, even though their specific variant option wasn't the right match for me, everything else about the company was top-notch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Globo to others. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is something other companies should aspire to.

Have been using this app for a while.. everything works perfectly.. until recently i noticed that one of the option wasn't displaying properly on my store on mobile.. i contacted support and they solved it promptly! I am very satisfied with this app and highly recommend it to anyone who needs custom product options for their store!

Great app and great support team! App works well. I haven;t run into any bugs. It just works smoothly and does what it is supposed to. And the support team are excellent - helping me to make it look good on my site. Very happy with this choice.

Es funktioniert alles, wie es soll, sehr einfach zu bedienen. Im ersten Anlauf funktionierte bei mir die Anzeige der Optionen im Shop nicht. Ich wendete mich an den Kundenservice und bekam schnell eine Antwort und die entsprechendene Hilfe zugesagt. Nun funktioniert alles einwandfrei. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der App.

Function design minimalist and focus job to be done. I can custom many things very quickly. Great customer service. They helped me fit this app with my store, my page builder app, so my store works very well with the Globo product options app. It's a big hit.

Super Service. Hat sich immer direkt jemand gemeldet. Hatte sogar etwas speziellere Anforderungen und es wurde für mich codiert, dass es zu meinem Shop passt (Farbe, Platzierung etc.). Cooles Team.

Really great app! Good customer service too when I needed some help with customizing. UPDATE Needed some help adding some info on my printing slip and it was done and ready straight away. I have now added a second app by Globo and am so impressed with its features. 1st class customer service
