I’m a new Shopify store owner, and downloaded the Globo app, not having any clue what I’m doing. It’s very easy to navigate but I did get stuck on a few things, so I selected the “Contact Us” with my inquiries, and my issues were resolved very quickly. I was also given a detailed explanation via email for future reference. Technology and new things are scary to begin with, but you’re mind is at ease when you’re provided with excellent customer service! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend I found my website have some tiny problems of the "add to cart" button, so I emailed them, and got response very quick. They are def providing good customer services since my problems are perfectly solved. I'll def give them a 5/5!!!!

Great support that even implements new features for you. In our case they implemented multiple special features. Most importantly those that even work with or exclusively for Shopify POS, which is a huge help for our retail team.

Great customer service and the website has served my needs tremendously. It's very diverse and offers a range of customization options at an affordable price. Only thing is I wish it was more compatible with these Wholesale apps when adding price add-ons (works with the apps to add text details, colors, etc., but DOES NOT work when adding-price add-ons and adjusting directly in the cart like some other apps do). It basically comes down to which variant apps are compatible with which wholesale apps and Globo isn't compatible with any of the wholesale apps I wanted or needed to use). I needed Globo to work for a wholesale app and couldn't get it via my backend nor API which is very weird. Tech needs to figure out how to allow this app to work with others through API if not directly compatible via the Shopify store... However, if you simply need a custom options app for your Shopify store only, no other Wholesale B2B/B2C app compatibility needed for price add-ons, then this app is AMAZING and definitely a no brainer.

We have been using this app for over 2 years. It allows us to offer many personalized/customized options for our products and to include a surcharge for some. Recently we had some issues with those charges being calculated into the final charge. We also were experiencing inconsistencies with some option sets not showing on product pages on certain devices and browsers. We contacted Globo support with our problems. They responded quickly, worked with us to identify the issues and explained how they resolved the problems. Really appreciate their prompt response and help.
