The app is awesome...I was struggling to capture additional customer information which was critical to proper order fulfillment. This app provided me with what I was looking for. But more importantly - the support is amazing. They went ahead and made the modifications I requested and in very very short turn around. Thank you Helen and all at Globo.

update: 11/14/23 - i updated my store and the app stopped working. i reached out and they resolved my issue in a few hours. great service. cool app. easy to work and very responsive. corrected my issues quickly and made my transition easier.

This app was incredibly easy to set up and integrate with my store's theme. I had spent days trying to code custom product options to no avail and was able to use this free app and achieved the needed result in minutes! The support team is top notch and helped me out even with my issue that had nothing to do with their app! I am blown away and absolutely thrilled to have found them. Very good product option. Everything is in English, but it can be easily converted to Japanese as well. Support was quick and customized for free. This app is fantastic! If you need to collect any information from your customers when they purchase a specific product, provide additional information or want a really simple way to allow customers to add-on extra purchases, this is definitely the app you want. We used it to facilitate taking information from competitors registering for a competition, right as they added their registration fees to their cart and set it up contextually to change how we presented the forms and information based on the options they selected!
