update: 11/14/23 - i updated my store and the app stopped working. i reached out and they resolved my issue in a few hours. great service. cool app. easy to work and very responsive. corrected my issues quickly and made my transition easier.

This app was incredibly easy to set up and integrate with my store's theme. I had spent days trying to code custom product options to no avail and was able to use this free app and achieved the needed result in minutes! The support team is top notch and helped me out even with my issue that had nothing to do with their app! I am blown away and absolutely thrilled to have found them. I'd like to include a special thank you to Helen, Ivy, and the development team. You guys are the best!

Very good product option. Everything is in English, but it can be easily converted to Japanese as well. Support was quick and customized for free. This app is fantastic! If you need to collect any information from your customers when they purchase a specific product, provide additional information or want a really simple way to allow customers to add-on extra purchases, this is definitely the app you want. We used it to facilitate taking information from competitors registering for a competition, right as they added their registration fees to their cart and set it up contextually to change how we presented the forms and information based on the options they selected!

I have used this app to add a personalisation feature to my website after failing to add my own custom liquid and absolutely love it. The customer support team are incredibly helpful and respond very quickly to anything you need. Highly recommend!

I used this app to include extra features beyond what was available to me on my store theme. The team at Globo assisted me every step of the way with I'm guessing extra programming to make the integration seamless. I run a collar and lead-making business and I use this app because it offers the vast array of product options that I need for all my variants, complete with the ability to show image swatches for all the different colours and hardware options that I have on offer! I believe it makes the browsing and ordering experience a much more enjoyable and intuitive experience for the consumer. The app is extremely easy to use and I cannot fault the customer support; on the two occasions I have needed assistance so far, the response has been lightning fast and highly effective. I would highly recommend this app to anyone needing more product options/variants than the basic Shopify permits. And perhaps best of all, it's totally free! Thanks for an excellent app Globo!
