Excellent customer- I was having difficulty with the variants showing as unavailable late night/ early morning and sent an email after midnight EST thinking someone would get back to me later that day and advising I had a client trying to order...response was received quickly...they addressed the issue and had everything running smoothly before I woke up at 8:00 a.m. I had an email explaining the situation and a video to assist should the issue every arise again. I could not ask for better. I had told the customer that I was going to have my IT team look into the problem...and that is how I felt - like I had an IT team supporting my small business. Thanks again P.S. love the app allows me to do what I need to do.

Had a little issue with variant options showing up in my product pages. Helen was quick to assist me and fixed the issue. I absolutely love this app as it offers many useful features when dealing with multiple design options on apparel as well as uploading files. Thank you again!!

I find Globo extremely helpful with being able to get my store to run how I need it to. I’ve had a few problems here and there but Globo have been able to fix them straight away and have great customer service. My store wouldn’t be able to function without them

Helped me make a "Build your own bundle" product for my shop which I couldn't with Shopify alone. Works very well. I needed help and contacted support. They resolved my query in less than 12 hours. Very pleased :)
