This app has helped me so much in setting up my shop. I reached out to them for some help removing the app's watermark on my product pages for a cleaner look and they took care of it right away. So happy with their service all around!

Installed the extension to allow me to capture personalisation details for the customisable products, and it works a treat, even auto picking up when it needs to be used when using key terms in your listings. Like the last reviewer, I too had a problem with the personalisation details not coming through but support were straight on to it and fixed it very quickly, which is the sort of service you need!! Otherwise, been very smooth using this app for 1+ years now so would highly recommend, especially as it’s free!

I've been using this app for a while and it has been great for allowing me to have a large number of options for my custom orders. I recently ran into an issue and the support team was quick and so polite in helping to resolve the problem, especially for a free app. Thanks for the great service!

There's many options of what you can do with this app. We use it for gathering personalised info from customers as well as checkboxes. The tech support has been responsive and fixed any small issues very promptly.

Did not work for me when I tried, sent a help email and got the app working in less than 5 minutes. Best customer service i have ever received. App is now working flawless and is so easy to use. Thank you so much.

Required name field is not working since January... Even if you set the field as mandatory, the customer can enter the checkout without filling in the personalized names...

By far and away the best value option app available on the Shopify store, and I have looked around quite a lot. User friendly, nice layout, not clunky. The conditional logic isn't perfect if you want to get crazy complex but can do just about 95% of what you'd need. The fact that you get all the features you do at the price you do is invaluable. Globo is awesome. Just please don't raise prices on us I enjoy using this app so much!!

L’app permette di personalizzare la scheda prodotto in maniera intuitiva ed efficiente. Il team di Globo è pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi necessità. Quando ho chiesto il loro supporto per adattare l’app al mio tema sono stati rapidi nel rispondere, molto gentili ed hanno individuato e risolto immediatamente il mio problema!

It does what it sets out to do and their customer service is sublime! I was looking or an app that would allow me to add an optional supplement for an extra price to my items that this is it!
