Customer service is excellent. They are quick to respond to any questions. They are courteous and very helpful with setup support quickly. The app is also very versatile and can be set up with all kinds of options. If you are looking for an app with optional settings, I recommend it.

The support teams is great at solving issues and I appreciate the timeliness in which they do so.

I've been using Globo from day one for my online store and it has become a staple in my daily operations. While there are some limitations, it ticks all the boxes for what I need. The platform itself is user-friendly and intuitive, making it a breeze to use even for those who aren't technically inclined. Customer service is excellent. So far so good! I just began using the app and it does everything I need plus more. very excited to get started and also using the POS system. The large options for variations is also very great! It helps make my process and product more assessable for my clients. Will review later after some time to get a better feel for the app.
