This is a great app. The support is amazing when I have any troubles importing it into the theme. I have to keep an eye on the amount of options and sets I make to not slow down my site too much but it makes sense that it could do that and to have customers be able to seamlessly have options and manage them it is worth it.

The plugin is excellent, you can easily create variants as add-ons for your products, the file input is beautiful with drag & drop, and the support is second to none.

I've tried different product options apps and this was by far the best. The UI/UX works. Moved from Hulk Product Options to this and it's great. Support is also amazing. Would recommend.

App had a glitch and was allowing customer to checkout without making a selection on a required field. Couldn't discover how it was happening and then discovered that sometimes the selection was not loading at random time in browser. Upon showing this to tech support they quickly fixed the issue. Initially they were had out of office response for celebrating a long new years holiday, but as it turned out they were very responsive to email questions and quickly fixed the problem. Very happy with their customer support.
