Even though I encountered some issues, support was able to pin point them and offer solutions. I also tried other apps that offer similar options, but none of them came close to globo, specially when it comes to customer support, namely Helen, she is extremely efficient and professional.

After looking and downloading lots of other apps to suit my needs I finally found one that works! You can create lots with this app and helped me to collect personalisation details from my customers but there is so much more it can do! Customer service is great and helped me customise the appearance within 24 hrs it was all sorted. Would definitely recommend!!

This is the best thing ever! I have been watching YT video's and searching for so long how to choose more options for a pack but never found any solid solution. Then i stumble upon this app and it is amazing, it does exactly what i needed. Very easy to follow. And Helen is so sweet and fast to respond to any questions!

The app is very intuitive and easy to use, give's amazing and useful options to add to your website. As a bonus, the support team is AMAZING in every respect. very polite, eager to help and they fix any issue very quickly (even when there is a Holiday they are celebrating). Great app and very happy with the service and support they offer. I had a problem with my website and they worked very hard to get it fixed for me keeping me updated all the way through. It turned out the problem wasn't an issue with their app but they still fixed it for me anyway.

I sent a note asking for help on why the app wasn’t working all of a sudden on our POS system + Helen responded in less than 24 hours and had it fixed within a few days. Helen was so helpful + sweet when helping understand + fix our problem. The app is wonderful, it does everything we need + more! It has a ton of great options + is very user friendly to use. Functionally + customer service of this app are superb. Highly recommend downloading this app.

I sent off a note asking if it was possible to change the widget background to transpartent, and also asking how much it would cost to remove the watermark. Since the app is free, I assumed there was a paid option that was watermark-free. Within 24 hours, Helen had set my background to transparent, and removed the watermark, with no question of payment. Really impressed! I love all the options I can add to my listings with this app, it's truly excellent.

Globo Product Options meets our very demanding requirements for option sets. We've sold events, camps, and more and Globo has been able to handle it all. Plus, their customer support cannot be beat. 24 hour response and solution implementation in most cases.

Replaced an app that was charging me $20 a month that BROKE all the time, and needed constant support. Absolutely amazingly quick customer service, works like a dream! I am so happy it just *works* as advertised.
