This was a great experience, Helen was prompt in answering my question was thorough in making sure she understood my question and was giving me the answer that I was looking for, and she solved it in her first response. Helen was great!

This app has been great for my custom products, allowing customers to input their desired data and I can see it listed cleanly on the fulfillment side. Customer service was also great. Helen helped me update one of my option sets quickly.

AMAZING! Customer service was so helpful and I figure out how to add a text box so fast. Mike helped me and made the simple process. Would consider purchasing the subscription now

Helen m'a sauvé ! je n'arrivais pas à rendre obligatoire le formulaire de variant, et en quelques minutes elle a réglé le problème. Les choix sont bien mis dans le panier, tout fonctionne très bien

App is great. A must have for selling custom products. And customer service is great too! Contacted support for a problem I encountered and within 6 minutes, Helen responded back and the issue was resolved.

Je trouve que cette application est vraiment top ! Beaucoup de choix de personnalisations au niveau des widgets comme des couleurs, on peut choisir les tailles de tout pour correspondre à nos envies, en plus c'est facile à prendre en main ! Le service client est hyper réactif quand on à besoin d'aide, clairement elle vaut son prix je ne suis pas déçue.

This is the perfect add-on for our Lajosi Putters Shopify store. It allows us to let customers build their putters they way they want it. Helen was crucial for making sure we had all of the finer touches all in order before launching the new store

Perfect customer service, if they're online in chat. I’d prefer if it were a cheaper.
