Outstanding Tech Support and CSS Expertise: I recently signed up for this app for my Shopify store but it required some advanced CSS styling to blend in with my current theme. I had the pleasure of working with Rosie and Quang, and I cannot speak highly enough of their exceptional service and expertise. Rosie and Quang demonstrated an extraordinary level of skill and dedication throughout our collaboration. I highly recommend this app! I was previously using another product customization app but it had limited functionality and Globo has been incredible so far and looks seamless on my Shopify site. The customer service is absolutely amazing as well. There was a glitch in the integration on my website and Helen ensured it was resolved quickly!

I was given a lot of help from Helen. She didn't let me be forgotten. I'm happy with the support I got. I'm not able to put my customized item in the cart for some reason, when I charge a fee for the customization. But if I leave it off it all works great. I'm very happy with how it makes my product page look.

I love that it allows me to change options for multiple products all at once instead of having to go into each product listing to change things. The customer service has been incredible since day 1 and I have had to reach out a couple times for questions and they have always been fast and helpful!

We sell items with MANY variables and Globo has been great for organizing our product pages. Also, the support woman Helen was really quick to respond to my inquiry and helped solve my issue in minutes :)
