By far the best app for Shopify - hand down! Not only that but the customer support is equally impressive! An absolute MUST HAVE for any store.

Just a heads up that the app seems to have a bug with the Simple theme where the checkout button won't work when you select an option that adds an upcharge to the item. That said, I sent an email to the developers and Eric was extremely responsive both in terms of how quickly he responded and how detailed and helpful he was. Eric and his team got the issue fixed within the hour and he also created a video showing me how another app from a different company was causing an issue on my site I wasn't aware of. Talk about great customer service! Overall I highly recommend the app. It does what it says and does so cleanly. Eric provided the best support I've ever received from any Shopify app to date.

Amazing app! Best for all types of custom product fields and options. I use it for collecting personalization on my orders. The customer support team is also very helpful and responsive.

Took a little bit to get a response, but once I did Eric helped correct my problem, which was my error, and I am off. Very straightforward app to use to add customizable options to your products.

I downloaded this app to give my customers more options. I had some problems because with my cart add ons & also the add on price did not worked how I wanted it to work. Also the picture upload did not worked which was really frustrating for me. I emailed globo and immediatley received help from Eric. He supported and resolved every issue I had in a really fast time. Eric you really made my week - so happy that everything works so nicely. I can highly recommend this app - you have so much options and add ons which you can use. And also the design and how you can create them is so easy to understand. Again BIG thank you to Eric and the developers :-)

We have just downloaded this app to our new Balloon gift feature so our customers can add text for their greetings. We can see this app has so much more to offer so we are quite confident this will be at great help for us and as we already know the Globo team from another app we use.. there was no hesitations for trying this out and it is also free which is great for smaller business. A great app that has good support team. Eric from support team helped to solve an issue that cause text to appeared twice on cart page. Highly recommended for small businesses that have customizable product option. A worth it app to install on your page! Thank you soo much

Thanks to Eric for his help. In fact, it is very easy to install and manipulate. Application number 10. Conditioning, reconditioning with or without price are all very useful and free! Variation is coming to an endless state! You can even write a statement. It also stays more on your customer page (to)! It is an application that I have been searching for and cannot find for a long time. Just as valuable as Shopify itself! dededus.net

Hi, I Installed the app with ease, I had a slight issue with option pricing not adding to the final cart. I contacted support, they resolved the issue within 24 hours. First class service, a complete breath of fresh air on how a company should be run. Many thanks

Awesome, I look for an app like this for a long time and tried several apps, mostly with montly fee, but still cannot serve my purpose. This one includes date and time, file upload, and even color swatches! Easy to set up. And I really appreciate the team of this app, they response so quick on my request when I find trouble in setting, it is so amazing to have prompt support especially with the app which is FREE. Thank you Eric, thank you Emma, thank you the team. Hope you and the company every success in the future!

Eric Cantona from Product Option Pro / Shopify was amazing! He understood my website /Product ADD ON issue and resolved all of them effectively. The app works as mentioned and is an ideal way to get around the limitation of 3 options per product imposed by shopify. The installation and configuration is very simple and easy. Special mention to Eric who customised our theme to work perfectly with this app. The customer service was awesome and took less than a day for the customisation which is commendable for a free app.

excellent. Easy to use - I had ajax on my cart, which this isn't compatible with, but one email to support and that was fixed. Works perfectly! I had already used the three options that Shopify allows, so needed an add-on to give me more - this does it perfectly.
