Globo Product Options, Variant

Excellent product for enabling multiple variants on you're storefront. We looked at several other applications and it was the most successful.

They reply promptly and understand our request. They solved the issue and even recommended other form of solutions e.g. other apps if their app is unable to fulfil 100% our request. We love the going-for-the-extra-miles service and promoting other apps because at the end, everyone wins. Good job!

I would like to share my review of this app, specifically regarding my experience with adding variants options. Initially, I found it challenging to incorporate variant options into my workflow. However, upon reaching out to the app's support team, I was met with exceptional assistance. They promptly resolved every issue I encountered and even provided screenshots and videos to ensure my convenience. Used for several months and the app works as expected. I didn't realize that any sold out option would allow customer to add the option, but would not charge customer for the option. This can be hazardous when filling orders from packing slips, as it can result in customers receiving the added options for free... if not caught. FYI. Otherwise a great addition to my store.
