I like this app because it let's me add more variants and has a lot of neat features! I've had a few issues with the functionality but customer service has been great!

The app works wonderfully! Front end looks fantastic too for a great customer experience. Backend UI is also very user-friendly. Products are easy to set up and configure. Lastly, their support has been very timely and professional. Highly recommend this app

The app works well for my requirements—prompt feedback. Whenever I ask for support, Globo Product Options solves the issue quickly.

I used this app to help up sell my products. It was an easy process adding to my site....but when i launched my website with a discount code. The discount was not able to perform at all with the extra variants added to the cart. The support responded fast but the error wont be fixed for 2 Weeks which leaves me to figure out a plan b and have to sadly leave this app alone for small issue.

So easy to set up. Straightforward, does what we need it to do, excellent customer service. I tried out a lot of product options apps, and many were charging a lot more, but this one is the best for us. Happy customer here!

I have used this app for almost 2 years now. It's a clear and simple to setup and use. The support is surprisingly 1st Class for something which is free. Prompt to respond and helpful in outcome. Top marks Globo Team!

great app! Makes your listings so much more professional with options you cannot normally get on shopify. Absolutely amazing customer service too, even silly problems caused by us these guys really look after you and get it sorted ASAP for you!

I must tell how beautifully this app is created. Initially i thought how they are providing this for free while the compititors are charging mininum of 9.99 usd. This app is surely far better than than the paid apps in the market. no bug till. Highly recommended. Thanksyou for your support on my query as well,,

This app is exactly what I needed to be my customers be able to customize their orders. The customer service is impeccable, I had an issue with integration and Emma was wonderful at getting back to me. She helped fix the issue in no time. Wonderful app and team all around!

Great app. We needed something to add an extended warranty option and this worked perfectly. Support is also fast and good which was not expected considering it's a free app.

The app is amazing but the customer service is even better! We implemented this app to our website and had some slight issues just prior to the release of the website. Eric and his Dev team were absolutely amazing. They were quick in their responses and had the issue fixed within 24 hours. Honestly, without their help we would have been very stressed on releasing the website. thank you to Eric and the Dev team! We will absolutely continue to support this app! Since implementing the app the support has been nothing but fantastic! I had a question around some potential issues in the back end. I sent the email and within 10 minutes had a response. Within 20 minutes of that email the issue was fixed by the Devs, absolutely over the moon with the support. Will always continue to use apps from them, if the customer services continues to be as I have seen, I will never be disappointed!

Great product options but sadly no inventory for each customisable bit so if for example one of something is limited you cannot provide an inventory. I only found this out once I’d uploaded tons of products options. Disappointing. Plus the customer support didn’t seem to help Me and gave me answers in “liquid” format. I’ve ended up deleting most of the option sets I had created. Plus it took me ages to work out how to get started as the walk through screen grabs are not easy to follow.
