Seems to be very reliable. We had one issue when diacritics like ä, å, ö are used in the name, then the fields would not show up between the line items in checkout. Apart from this, everything works great. We rely on this app for some high value orders and are happy with the overall performance.

Love this app. I was able to use it to create customization options for certain products. Originally it wasn't displaying correctly when you add it to the cart but i reached out to their customer support and they were super helpful and fixed the issue almost immediately.
