I find this app very useful, however it is hard to navigate. I have reached out to customer support numerous times and always been given a solution very promptly and accurately. If the customer support was not this good, I would steer clear as I have no experience with anything however they've always been available and very helpful

I had some trouble with the app but Rosie was excellent and very patient with me while she worked on all of the edits that I asked for. I am very happy with her assistance!

The app is very good, with many options for product customization and it's easy to set up. However, the fact that the price add-ons are considered as specific products is not what I expected. For orders discounted with a minimum quantity of items, the add-ons will be counted as a separate item, which is not good. The add-on should be set up as a variant of a product, and not as a product itself. If this is not a problem for your store, I would definitely recommend the app.

Very helpful! This app allows our organization to create a comprehensive sales page that clearly presents the many available options for our annual event. It makes it easy for participants to tailor their experience — all in one place. So much clearer and more efficient for everyone involved! Also, the customer service has been excellent — responsive, timely, and quick to resolve the issue I encountered. Removed a star for the very basic look of the option form.

This product options application is great. I am using it for all my products now. i would highly recommend it. The support person was excellent to work with and was very quick to respond.

The app works well and was easy to setup. Support was most timely and helpful. The free version doesn’t offer much in the way of formatting without knowing a little css but at least it did allow for that.

The app is fairly easy to use. There are a few things that could be easier but once you get into it it's not bad. They do have great customer experience if you get into a jam! So definitely would recommend this one for your customizations.

Bonne application. Service client très réactif ! Dommage que certaines options basiques soient uniquement dans le plan premium comme le nombre limité de caractères dans une zone de texte (pour de la personnalisation de produits)

I use a few Globo apps and their company support is amazing. There are one of two features I would add in this app, but generally, it seems extremely customizable.
