The customer service is very responsive, and the app itself is pretty clear to use! I would recommend it to those with various choice options that Shopify does not support.

Easy to use and great customer service. I have been looking for an app that allows my customers to choose the quantities of flavours they want to add in the boxes and I finally found it! They made it look cleaner, as I have too many options and I am happy with the results! Helen is super fast and a great bridge between customers and development team.

I only needed a simple customisation option (text box for adding custom name) for all my products, so i went with this app. The support team is very responsive and helped me within 10 minutes completely match the text box with the lay out of my webshop. Recommanded.

The app is awesome and Globo support is the most useful I have ever experienced. I do not waste my time with any other apps, especially when there is an option offered by Globo Software for the functionality I require.

Great customer support. The only thing that would be good is if you could easier see to which set you have assigned a certain product.

It is a very user friendly app with amazing customer service. Any edits to fit your websites theme is done quickly even with time zone differences. I would recommend this app to get around the limited variants that Shopify has.

Excellent app that does far more than one might expect! We were able to replace 3 separate apps with this one app. We're using it for standard scent options, a fully featured gifting option solution, and a custom experience gift card solution. Plus, the customer service is beyond stellar. Highly recommend!

Extremly happy with Globo and their support. I had a couple of requests (1. to move the product price below the app and to remove "powered by Globo" and Helen from support had this done within a couple of hours. This app is absolutely FANTASTIC and the customer service team have been wonderful. This is the 2nd time I have used this company and their customer service division because I couldn't quite figure out how to incorporate an engraving option into my shopify page. I am truly blown away with the speed, care, and service. What a great company and great product.
