We use only a small part of this app. But when we needed the Shopify Packing Slips to be updated to print the initials out on the document they responded in minutes, so 5/5 for support.

I've just started using this app and it has been exceptional especially the customer service (Henry) he is not only knowledgeable, he is also fast response. I would recommend this app for business that require add-ons in their product.

Using Globo product variations app now on a second store, the app is great and as soon as I had a problem I submitted a ticket and within minutes their team was investigating and fixed the issue. It's been a couple years with them now and very happy still.

The app is working very well with standard theme. Add-on options is unlimited. Support team is there most of time i need. Worth $

Set up was easy. Reached out to customer service as I needed help with customizing the look and they were able to help me with no issue.

Rosie was very helpful with getting my option set (customer choices) to show up on my store. I do want to make upper management aware if it happens again I will need tech support which is a challenge as they are 11 hours ahead of me. It would be helpful for US based clients to be able to have tech support during our business hours. I am adding to this review as for the second night in a row I have worked with Rosie. I was having trouble with my conditional logic and she straightened me out in no time!

Best experience with customer service!!! Rosie helped me so much with my website and fixed all my mistakes on Globo . Don't know what i would have done without her help. Communication was excellent helping me step by step and really quick response. I also like Globo Options the App itself because it helps me with customization options. Thank you for the help Rosie!!!
