Excellent and reliable support. I had a technical issue where options weren't appearing on my theme, but the support team (Rosie) was very professional. They escalated the issue to their engineers and fixed the server-side sync problem quickly. The app itself is very flexible and perfect for adding custom options to my leather goods store. Highly recommended!
