Globo Product Options, Variant

This app is exactly what I needed! A small glitch when I was installing was remedied in less than five minutes by way of a live chat and I'm up and running. Big thanks, Mike! The app is simple to configure with plenty of options to personalize at every level. Very pleased and highly recommend!

Very good app and excellent support team. I am currently using the app on my Shopify store for personalized balloon products. The app is flexible and works very well for custom options and personalization. I needed some help with the configuration, and the support team was very fast, kind, and professional in assisting me and explaining everything clearly. Highly recommended.

Great customer service when needed for something urgent from Rosie

Can't recommend this app enough. We have been using it for approx 1 year and so impressed with the customer service. We had some edits we needed to make on a weekend and I reached out to support and Clara responded within minutes solving it for us.

They are incredibly fast, both in terms of the program and support. I had a problem and it was solved immediately. Besides having a successful program, they have a quick team, thank you for everything.

This app is awesome! It’s incredibly helpful when I’m selling custom orders that are attached to my products. This feature allows my customers to choose from various options and personalize their purchases. Unfortunately, there was a glitch that occurred, but I promptly emailed the provider about the issue. They resolved it within minutes. I want to express my gratitude to Clara for her patience and support. I highly recommend this app!

Things are great so far! We moved to Globo from a similar app. How the add-ons are displayed in the front-end cart page and back-end order pages are better than the app we came from. The functionalities available to create different add-ons or bundle product pages are robust as well. We had to get some help from the customer service team to get the add-on products hidden from front-end of our store (we didn't want them to have their own live product page), but the Globo team (thanks Clara!) was quick to respond and provide a workable solution! Overall, so far so good...looking forward to using more of the functionalities as we build more customized product pages in the future with the use of this app! Thanks Globo!
