très bonne application, dommage que l'on ne peut pas cumuler plusieurs jeux j'ai contacté le service client pour m'aider. Mike a été d'une très grande aide. Merci beaucoup

PREMIUM PLANを利用して半年ほど経ちますが、最近はアプリの日本語対応もがんばってくれているおかげで、特に不便なく利用しています。 問い合わせサポートも迅速かつ的確で、メールを送るとすぐに返事がきました。Thank you Helen ! ひとつリクエストするなら、Proプランで増える機能（自動化）がどんなものなのかもっと詳しく知りたい。デモストアを見てもよくわかりませんでした。

The app has been very useful in enhancing my product pages. If there are any issues their customer service is great and works fast.

This app works great for the most part. Every once in a while I have issues. Customer service is great but the time zone difference made it take a while not that that can be helped. Still overall satisfied and had a great experience with Helen.

Helen was really quick and efficient at responding to our question and could tell us what the limitations of the app are. She really helped us to make a decision about what we need to do for the future. For now, the app doesn't allow you to link through to products so customers can view what they are receiving. If this feature was added in the future, it would do what we want.

Globo is very responsive and helpful! I was having an issue with add-on products, specifically a message stating items were no longer available and they explained the cause for the error. So far, my experience with the app and customer service has been great!

The app is easy to use and even though we faced many complications, the support team are very helpful and respond quickly most of the time. I recently chatted with Helen from the support team and she was very helpful and responded to my inquiry right away.

I downloaded the app, very easy with the assistant of tutorials and printed information. The app has meet a requirement for our store and very happy with the new custom fields. Thanks to Helen and the support team for providing information on exporting limitations, however a solution and recommendation to another 3rd party via another of shopifys partners has also helped with data migration. The partnership of these additional vendors really does make working on your own store so much easier, particularly when I am very non techincal. Overall great app i am excited to have it to my shop, help support was also super prompt and did help me solve some issues i encountered.
