Mike was very helpful I had an issue with Shopify not allowing me to add more than 100 variants and Globo was the perfect platform to fix this. The only issue I had was Globo does not allow you to have more than one option if you require option this can be a barrier

The support is great and they will try and help when possible. The time delay is a bit of an issue though with being GMT+7 hours and sometimes you have to wait a day for things to be done. But the app is great value.

This app lets me set certain prices for custom products. I wish there was a way to add photos to certain items within the app. Overall I like how this app works.

très bonne application, dommage que l'on ne peut pas cumuler plusieurs jeux j'ai contacté le service client pour m'aider. Mike a été d'une très grande aide. Merci beaucoup

PREMIUM PLANを利用して半年ほど経ちますが、最近はアプリの日本語対応もがんばってくれているおかげで、特に不便なく利用しています。 問い合わせサポートも迅速かつ的確で、メールを送るとすぐに返事がきました。Thank you Helen ! ひとつリクエストするなら、Proプランで増える機能（自動化）がどんなものなのかもっと詳しく知りたい。デモストアを見てもよくわかりませんでした。

The app has been very useful in enhancing my product pages. If there are any issues their customer service is great and works fast.

This app works great for the most part. Every once in a while I have issues. Customer service is great but the time zone difference made it take a while not that that can be helped. Still overall satisfied and had a great experience with Helen.

Helen was really quick and efficient at responding to our question and could tell us what the limitations of the app are. She really helped us to make a decision about what we need to do for the future. For now, the app doesn't allow you to link through to products so customers can view what they are receiving. If this feature was added in the future, it would do what we want.
