Globo Product Options has helped us make sure customers provide all of the required customization information before adding certain products to their cart. Being able to require these selections upfront reduces incomplete orders and prevents our team from having to follow up with customers afterward to collect missing information. I was having issues uploading product images. The request went through and was replied to quickly. First suggestion was to check the size of the image. Quick check and that was the issue. It saved me hours of frustration being able to reach out and ask for help. Anne was quick to respond and offered any addition help I might require. thank you so much Anne for your help.

Anne helped me set my stuff up and was great, provided pictures and everything so i could clearly see what i needed to do. So far i am pleased with this App and the customer support!
