L'app è molto completa e funziona bene. Ho contattato l'assistenza per un chiarimento e GEMMA è stata gentilissima e bravissima a spiegarmi come risolvere. App consigliata e vi auguro di incontrare Gemma.

SUPER EASY to use! I literally downloaded the app, and had it up and running in under 5 minutes. For about 30 seconds I was going to give up because i needed it to work IMMEDIATELY. I figured let me reach out to support and see if they respond before looking for another app that would work... BUT they responded IMMEDIATELY, answered my two questions simply and everything was fixed so fast! I'm actually quite impressed I've used a lot of apps and its always something small that makes it not quite right and it takes DAYS to get a response! Also, the team added my custom font to the text box, and everything looks seamless like the options belong. SUPER QUICK support. I'm excited to try this out. Already very hopeful that even if there are issues, the tech. department will fix them ASAP! definitly work the download!

The support that i have received working with this app is top tier. I was getting discouraged with other apps trying to get the app to streamline with my site. I reached out to customer support, and the tech, Gemma, came to my rescue. She was attentive to every concern I had. I wish I could her 10 stars

Helen was amazing to work with! She helped me make some changes to the app so it was perfectly tailored to my site, including changing the dropdown menu into easy-to-use buttons. The Globo Product Options Variant plugin works great and does exactly what I need. I had a few questions about setting it up, and Rosie helped me so much. She responded quickly, was very friendly, and made sure everything was working perfectly. Really happy with both the plugin and the service!

The app has been great, and glad to see some changes they have made over the years to make applying these sets easier. Had a text display issue and reached out to support, in less than 30 minutes they had the code fixed and working again. Rosie was friendly through the interaction. Will continue to support this app!

easy to understand and navigate just needed help on the shopify side and they where quick to help with PowerPoints to show how to navigate shopify. thank for making a confusing situation feel like nothing
