I have been using this app for 2 years now and it has completely transformed the way I personalize my products. I use a few Globo apps and their company support is amazing. There are one of two features I would add in this app, but generally, it seems extremely customizable.

Mike was very helpful I had an issue with Shopify not allowing me to add more than 100 variants and Globo was the perfect platform to fix this. The only issue I had was Globo does not allow you to have more than one option if you require option this can be a barrier

The support is great and they will try and help when possible. The time delay is a bit of an issue though with being GMT+7 hours and sometimes you have to wait a day for things to be done. But the app is great value.

This app lets me set certain prices for custom products. I wish there was a way to add photos to certain items within the app. Overall I like how this app works.

This app works great for the most part. Every once in a while I have issues. Customer service is great but the time zone difference made it take a while not that that can be helped. Still overall satisfied and had a great experience with Helen.
