Was having a little trouble setting up the product options app and Mike found the problem and fixed right away. Quick fix!

Love this app for my ecommerce embroidery shop. It has all the options I needed to allow customers to select fonts, thread color swatches and more. Mike at Customer Service was prompt when I had an issue testing it out on my first product (completely my fault). It is a lot easier to use and customize than VO Product Option app that I was currently using.

Excellent app and amazing customer support! Anne was very responsive and quickly fixed the issue with my product options. Everything works perfectly now. Highly recommended!

Clara was so helpful. I had an issue that required a developer to investigate and fix. It took a couple of days, and Clara stayed on top of it and kept me updated along the way. I really appreciated that. My issue was resolved successfully.
