We are new to Shopify and the Globo Product Options app. Ran into a small problem during setup, not the apps fault, totally mine. I used the apps Chat Support feature and was assisted by a wonderful woman named Anne. After just a couple of minutes Anne got me all fixed up and back in business. Thanks Anne! This is a product that I cannot stress more to purchase. It has been customized to fit all of my needs for my shop. Not only is the product itself wonderful, but the customer service is 11/10. Getting assistance from an incredibly intelligent person who was a pleasure to work with makes me happy to keep using this. Amazing overall experience! Support Chat ist mega, Mike hat super schnell geholfen. Individuelle Container mussten für die Kunden hinzugefügt werden. Mit Shopify funktioniert die App super, Support immer erreichbar.

They are amazing. Mike picked up my query in the middle of the night for him and next day they worked and sorted it out. There was a small glitch next morning and Rosie sorted it out with the Dev team within minutes next day. Brilliance.
