This app has a lot of nice features and the support staff is very helpful. I'm in the US so time zone difference can be an issue with support, but they are responsive when they are there, usually the next day for me. I cannot give this app 5 stars because I started using this app more than 1 year ago and it worked well, but it appears changes were made to the app and it started giving me problems. I removed the app and reinstalled and then discovered that some of the features I had last year, I can no longer use for my plan. Notifications about the changes to the app and the plans might have gone out, but I never saw them. Overall a good app.

Very capable app. Seems to be doing everything I need. I really like the ability to change the size of the sample images that align with add-ons. Customer service was top notch on multiple requests for support.

Love this app, easy to use and great customer service. I would like to see the ability to select multiple items otherwise would have given 5 stars!

We use this for add on upgrades like signature so it doesn't affect the inventory. Once I figured it out it works, however, I don't like that to add the upgrade fee I have to set up an actual item. This clutters up the invoice and the item pull list. Because it has to be listed as shippable or it ends up on it's own leaving the order open, it also shows up on the customs forms for our interntional orders so we are manually deleting it. If they could fix this so you can just add to the price I would give them 5 stars. For us, the feature is just annoying enough that I'm searching for an alternative app.

Good app for basic customization needs. And when I need to go further, they have a great customer support, very reactive and helpful!

This app has been able to do what no other app could, and it's free! Anytime we had issues customer service was good and would follow up. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because there were a few workarounds we had to use do due to the specific needs of our products and that the app doesn't work with Shopify's "Quick Shop" feature.

When I tried to make a change to our already set up option sets it wasn't reflecting live on our store. After contacting customer support they got it resolved and now it meets our needs great.

It's good as a first step. If all goes well with your store you'll grow out of it fast as it has limited tools and integration with your store.

If there is a problem with the app you get help very fast and friendly. I like to use the app because you have so many possibilities to create product options.

We needed to use this to collect Gift Aid information on donations. Easy to implement and many customisation options to make it more brand friendly, and we could use this alongside Shopify tags. Also responsive and removed branding when asked. Wish it integrated with Shopify's natural export function but not many apps do. Great product otherwise.

I installed this app because I needed an open field to add text to customized orders. Helen and Hanna were super helpful and quick to reply to my support requests. This was my first positive experience with an app developer on Shopify. 4 stars because I'm still learning how to navigate all the features. Thank you again!
