I have used this app since right after I started my children’s boutique (for almost three years) and it has made life so much easier! The app is very affordable in my opinion, user-friendly, and was easy to set up for someone who has very little tech knowledge! I have had to reach out to customer service on a couple of occasions and their team is always quick to help and very knowledgeable at helping solve any issues I’ve had! I have, and will continue to recommend Globo to others needing a Shopify customization app like this!

Application géniale pour les options de personnalisation. Il y a une option que je n'arrivai pas à régler, j'ai fait appel au chat et Rosie a réglé très rapidement mon problème ! SAV parfait

J'utilise Globo pour mon site de carnets de coloriages personnalisés, et leur application a GRANDEMENT fluidifié le parcours client sur mon site ! Leur SAV est incroyable, Mike et Rosie ainsi que leur dev team sont hyper gentils et réactifs, font tout pour aider avec une patience infinie, et surtout, ils savent ce qu'ils font. Un grand grand merci à Globo !! You're awesome !!

The customer service team, particularly Mike, was very patient with my frustration as I tried to figure out the best way to display my products. Even though the back-and-forth can feel like a wait, they stayed with me until I was satisfied. Thanks!

Delighted with the technical support I received from Clara over the weekend. I had an issue with the add-on pricing for my product options that I reported late Friday night, and it was resolved by Sunday night. Excellent and prompt customer service.
