L’interface est claire, intuitive, et on crée ses options rapidement. Et surtout : le SAV est vraiment au top, très réactif et très sympathique. Un vrai plus pour une boutique Shopify ! Excellent personalization app! It allows me to offer creative, made-to-order options to my customers while keeping the setup simple. Excellent support experience. Rosie was very responsive and clearly explained the issue, which turned out to be a CSS conflict. The support team resolved it quickly and efficiently, and everything is now working as expected. Great communication and reliable app.

The support for this product is amazing. My customer had an issue. I replicated their problem, then clicked the chat button. Mike was quick to reply, and gave me an answer within 5 minutes of me clicking! Could not expect better or faster service!

I use Globo Product Options, Variant for my first store and it was super easy to install and use, so I ABSOLUTELY knew I needed it for my 2nd store. I set here for hours and could not figure out why the options were not showing. I had the template. It was embedded. I was so frustrated and that's when I saw the Chat With Us Now. ROSIE is an ANGEL! She figured out in less than 5 minutes what the issue was and my options are now showing. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this app.
