We used a different option app but found it was very time consuming. This app is very easy to use and meets all our needs. Importantly, thank you soooo much to the team for their support. Long story short, we had about 20 option sets, I was having an issue with my store and needed to eliminate the cause. So I exported my options, and uninstalled the app....only to realise the export didn't work. The team helped me so much.

It's my first time setting an App on Shopify, and I'm glad to have the best experience with this app, and also with the customer support. Amazing!

So i had some issues early on getting it setup correctly but after working with Helen a few times we were able to get it resolved. Quick response even though they are in a different time zone than what i am in.

Works great, it was easy to set up and I've used it for years. Never had any problems with it, I actually almost forgot I had it because it was so seamless! Highly recommend!

I have used Globo Options for about 4 years, and the system is fairly stable and solid. I had to use their support team twice and both time things get fixed in 1 single session. - highly recommended

Helen did a great job assisting me. While the app has limited self-customization options, their team is always ready to help. If you ever need changes, they respond swiftly and handle everything professionally.

Very flexible and easy to use. What sets it apart is the quality of the support. Their live chat support was very helpful. For us in Ontario, the key is to access chat support in the middle of the night as that is when their second layer of technical support is active.
