This app can help you to improve your store. We have used another option app but there were so many inconveniences for our customers. With Globo Product Options we could resolve those inconveniences and we expect our store to be easier to purchase. And also the customer service was really friendly and they helped us to solve and customize the app to fit our store design. オプションアプリでお悩みの方はこちらのアプリが一番おすすめです。Shopifyで一番有名なものを使用していましたが、オプションがカート欄でお客様の方で削除できてしまったり、カートに追加した商品を削除するとオプションだけが残ってしまい、お客様が混乱してしまうことが多々ありました。 こちらのアプリは月額費用が少し高めですがカスタマイズも簡単で、カートの商品を削除するとオプションも一緒に消えてくれるのでとても助かっています。 アプリのカスタマイズもチャットからお願いするだけですぐ対応していただけてとてもよかったです。複数オプションのアプリは断然こちらが一番おすすめです。

I recently sought out a user-friendly app to streamline product options for our highly personalised products. Previous apps had left much to be desired in terms of user-friendliness and support. Enter Globo, and it was a game-changer right from the start. The platform is intuitive, well-organised, and easily searchable. Installing it into our theme was a breeze, thanks to the excellent support I received from Helen. The developers at Globo worked swiftly to ensure everything was seamlessly integrated. So far, we've encountered no issues, but the confidence I have in Globo's prompt resolution of any potential concerns is reassuring. Highly recommended for its simplicity, aesthetics, and outstanding customer support.

Just started with Globo so far very easy to use, good starting features but for me pro was required. Depending on your business needs you might be able to do with less you can upgrade or downgrade as needed. Rosie is also great help if you get into trouble with setup.

Super easy interface, I would recommend the mid tier option unless you do need the image drop down. I do wish they have an active product customizer but for everything else they have been solid

Super responsive and helpful support. I was a little concerned with the time difference, but turns out - not an issue at all - they are on point. :-) Oh, and the AP is great. Short learning curve, fills the options functionality gap that Shopify left out.

This app has helped so much in sorting my products. I am new to the online merchant business and I have saved so much manual time using this app. I highly recommend 10/10. They were also extremely quick and responsive when I reached out for help.

Have been using this 3rd party app for awhile and love it. What is making me write this today is a recent incident that caused some issues on our website. I was removing some unwanted apps from the store and somehow this app was deleted. This was extremely worrisome as we had spent a great deal of time creating custom options sets for each of our products. Long story short after it was reinstalled there was no infromation. I contacted customer service with a glimmer of hope that the data could all be returned. Within 2 hours they had got back to me and by morning all of the data was restored. This was a huge relief as we had paid our developers alot of money to customize the website. Just wanted to say thankyou to the app team for being there when needed!

Their support team went well above and beyond (specifically Rosie). A previous app developer from another app left junk code everywhere, even on my backup themes. Not only did they remove this code, get the product options working, but also helped with another issue. Globo has my full trust.

Setting up was a breeze! This app had everything I was looking for, and it was super easy to navigate. The customer service is top-notch—seriously awesome! Rosie was a lifesaver when I needed help with some advanced settings. She got back to me really quickly with the perfect solution. I've never had such an amazing experience with customer support until today. I'm definitely shouting out this app to anyone looking to spruce up their shop. Great app to add additional amounts and add-ons to your product. Great support too, they are always able to help you and solve your issue. Overall a great app to add value and increase sale for your store. Unlike other product options in the market, they do not create draft orders for the app to work. This is really great since apps that creates draft orders can have computability issue with other apps since a lot of shopify functions are not available in draft orders. Would definitely recommend this over other product option apps.

Have been using for over a year now , and its a great app , only had one issue which was rectified within 10 minutes , so the customer service is great too.
