We’ve worked with several Shopify app providers, but Globo Product Options stands out, not just because the app itself is powerful and flexible, but because of the outstanding support. Helen has been an absolute gem: incredibly fast and solution-driven. Every request we’ve had, she understood instantly and implemented it faster than we thought possible. You rarely come across support like this, it’s what makes the app truly exceptional. THANK YOU!!!!!!! Highly recommend!

So far so good, customer service is helpful. Spent hours in shopify trying to get coding to work to add some additional options for products and went nowhere. This thing I was able to do it in minutes. I started on the free version but had to go up a notch due to needing the option for customers to upload photos, I was a little disappointed customers can only upload one photo unless I again upgrade. I didn't want to commit to that just yet so left it as is.

Fantastic app and Fantastic help from Rosie! I've had it since 2021 and the one time I had issues with add on pricing I reached out. I sent an email thinking it would take some time I started a chat and got assigned to Rosie (It was 3:00am est so I was shocked someone was online). Rosie was kind and patient and after finding out the issue I was having (we exchanged photos) she was able to access my website, troubleshoot and fix it! I was shocked by how fast everything was. Ive had many apps and alot of customer tech support, but never an experience so smooth and fast, Im incredibly relieved. Thank you Globo team! and Thank you Rosie for relieving my stress

Rosie is so wonderful! I just started using it, and there were many settings that were unclear and small problems kept coming up. She patiently helped me solve every problem. With this kind of service attitude, I will continue to use this app.
