easy to understand and navigate just needed help on the shopify side and they where quick to help with PowerPoints to show how to navigate shopify. thank for making a confusing situation feel like nothing

It is the best app to increase and customise product options of Shopify. And the Henry and Rosie support was excellent.

The app is very simple to use, I changed a few things on the element section and noticed it wasn’t showing in the store, I contacted customer service and received a quick response from Helen, who updated things and it was soon working again, thank you very much.

I've had a great experience using Globo for my Shopify store! The app itself is easy to use and works exactly as expected, but what really impressed me was the customer support. I needed help customizing the look of one of my forms, and their team responded within minutes. Helen was especially helpful—she quickly understood what I needed and got it done right away. Highly recommend this app if you're looking for both flexibility and excellent support!

I’m extremely satisfied with the work delivered! The assistant was professional, fast, and clearly experienced with Shopify.
