Just downloaded this app for some of my products. its easy to use and has many options to personalise your product information. I had trouble with the options appearing on my product page and I reached out to customer service for help and Rosie immediately replied and helped me fix the issue. She also helped me to change the colours to fit my website vibe. Amazing customer service. would recommend this app to anyone who wants to add different variants and options to their product listings.

Aplicación 100% recomendada!! Llevo semanas usándola y funciona de maravilla, la recomiendo al 1000%. Funciona genial, y solo estoy utilizando su versión gratuita. De hecho tuve que contactar con soporte porque había una opción que no se me configuraba correctamente, y el equipo de soporte fue increíble. Me atendieron al momento, y tanto Annie como Helen resolvieron el problema de forma súper eficaz, manteniendo el contacto conmigo vía chat en todo momento.

I was surprised by the quick and courteous support. After updating the theme, a problem occurred, so I requested a fix through the inquiry form. Clara handled it, and the problem was resolved the same day.

WELP!! I thought I had it all figured it out and ran into another issue and Rosie was able to help me. I see that I was only able to add one product set, but I had two qualifying questions and so she configured the one question for me to capture both questions that I needed to have answered. I appreciate great customer service!
