Rosie was absolutely outstanding! I had an issue with add-on pricing and reached out for support. I sent an email and also started a chat, it was 3:00 AM EST, so I didn’t expect anyone to be available. To my surprise, Rosie responded right away! From the very start, she was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. After we exchanged some photos and explained the issue, she quickly understood what was going on, accessed my website, and fixed everything on the spot. Globo works great for our needs, and has awesome options available, even on the basic plan! The support team is very quick to respond. I definitely recommend trying Globo if you need to expand your variants and dropdown offerings!
