We have required assistance a couple of times from Globo and Globo ALWAYS delivers a quick and competent answer. My latest interaction was with Helen and it was as always, perfect. If I could I would give this 10 stars. 10/10

I found an issue with the app's functionality that I couldn't resolve on my own, so I contacted the Globo team, and they found a solution in 5 minutes. Truly recommend this app.

globo is an awesome app and the support is even better, cant thank Rosie enough for helping me figure out a dilemma i was having and right away in less then 5 min the problem was solved !! thank you Rosie !!!

We've tested several apps, and in the end, we decided to stick with GLOBO. It's simple for both us and our customers, and it aligns well with our overall theme. The combination of variant products and product options works seamlessly—especially after Helen repositioned the GLOBO app below the Shopify variants and resolved the issue where GLOBO options disappeared when switching Shopify variants. Great work—thank you, and keep it up!

I have been using the app a little over a month, and I love it. I have used others, but the customer support is great, especially from Helen. The app has really good features and so far haven't had any incompatibility issues or customers complaining not working etc. A great app, highly recommend.

I’m not great with computers, and figuring out all the variant options for my Shopify store felt overwhelming. Thankfully, Henry from the Globo Product Options team stepped in and made the process easy. He was responsive, professional, and super patient—walking me through everything and making sure it all worked exactly how I needed. Her team handled the updates quickly and saved me a ton of stress. If you're running a store and want solid support behind your tools, Henry and the Globo crew are the real deal. Highly recommend!

this app is amazing so simple to use no more pricing every single variant individually and being limited to 100 from shopify. this make all of that easy and with the conditional variant it just makes life easier. Also thank you to Helen in support for helping me out where i got stuck, problem was solved in a grand total of 5 mins, absolutely amazing!!!

Great customer service, easy to navigate the app. The only difficulty is learning how to edit the elements and getting the hang of it. Other than that, great app for beginners in the scene, and also for those looking to scale.
