I have found the basic option to be sufficient for my website needs at this time, and is relatively easy to use. I needed to change the font color on the personalization box, and Helen was prompt and knowledgeable in taking care of this. She also tweaked things a bit to provide a cleaner look on my end. Thank you!

We've been using the Globo Product Options app for a few months now, and it's been a total game changer for our store. Very good app with lots of product variant setup options. Moreover, they offer a free customisation to make the widget match your website theme. Rosie just did that for me, and it looks great.

It takes a minute to understand all the features, but once you do, it's quick and easy to set up! Support is excellent and the price is reasonable compared to other options. I'd definitely recommend it!
