Helen has been really helpfull with problems we encountered. We've been using this app for a while now and we have nothing negative to say. We love that we can integrate the app on our POS platform.

this app is amazing so simple to use no more pricing every single variant individually and being limited to 100 from shopify. this make all of that easy and with the conditional variant it just makes life easier. Also thank you to Helen in support for helping me out where i got stuck, problem was solved in a grand total of 5 mins, absolutely amazing!!!

Great customer service, easy to navigate the app. The only difficulty is learning how to edit the elements and getting the hang of it. Other than that, great app for beginners in the scene, and also for those looking to scale.

I had some trouble with the app but Rosie was excellent and very patient with me while she worked on all of the edits that I asked for. I am very happy with her assistance!

I have found the basic option to be sufficient for my website needs at this time, and is relatively easy to use. I needed to change the font color on the personalization box, and Helen was prompt and knowledgeable in taking care of this. She also tweaked things a bit to provide a cleaner look on my end. Thank you!

Very good app with lots of product variant setup options. Moreover, they offer a free customisation to make the widget match your website theme. Rosie just did that for me, and it looks great.
