We’ve had a great experience using Globo Product Options for our Shopify store. The app is powerful and covers all the advanced needs we have — from conditional logic to custom add-on pricing and image swatches. A special thanks to Helen from the support team — she was incredibly patient, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand our needs and guided us step-by-step until everything worked perfectly. Globo is not just a great app — their team makes it even better. Highly recommended!

I asked a question and it was answered honestly, and then they even went as far as trying to find a way from within my Shopify to make it happen. They could have just dismissed my quandary (as many others did before my finding globo product options) and moved on, but they took their time and went above and beyond what anyone else has done. Even though we are in different time zones, the communication was so transparent I knew that my messages were received and would be attended to during their business hours - which is more than I can say for a lot of other apps I communicated with. Although we were unable to find a way to make my impossible ask a reality, I am now a loyal customer. The app's features make it easy to list items, and integrate to Shopify - which makes me a loyal customer. Honestly, the communication was excellent, and the customer service was the best I have experienced since bringing my business to Shopify.

Great app very easy to use and gets good results. customer service is EXCELLENT. I asked a question on how I could include customers options on invoices and they went out of their way to fix it for me. Little Helen deserves a special mention for how well she handled my request and followed it up

We have been using this app for about 3 years now. There have been solid improvements over that time span, and any time we have ran into an issue their customer service has been very prompt getting it figured out for us. Would recommend if you are in the need for this type of app.

Globo APP has been a great APP to use. We use the product options and have used other apps, but nothing compares to this one. Its very easy to use and have alot of custom options. Product support is also very responsive when any assistance is needed. HIGHLY Recommended!

I am loving this so far, it is giving me all the options I am looking for and it is so easy to use! When I knew what I wanted but couldn't figure out how to make it happen, the chat support was amazingly helpful!! I highly recommend using this to help streamline your website! Helen and Grace both helped me today and honestly made my life so much easier! I appreciate all the care and support

This app finally gave us the product variant options we needed. The customization is great with nearly unlimited options. We had an issue with implementing the app, which had to do with a specific coding our theme used. I contacted their support team, and not only did they immediately respond during off-business hours, but they fixed all of our issues within minutes. Superb customer support. We will be using Globo for as much as we can. Outstanding app!

Great app and friendly fast service! My shop does add-on embroidery services and this app allows customers to add-on embroidery and customize with text font, text size, colour, and add-on price. Helen is also great at helping me fix variant image sizes and specs! Thank you!

This app made it very easy to add text boxes for Personalization on my store page for each listing. I plan to clean up my store a lot using their other features for color and size variants. The support was on point too. They messaged me during setup to see if I needed help and quickly resolved my confusion.

One of the easiest apps to set up. Also has quick help when you make silly mistakes. So far its doing exactly what I need it to do. I do wish the pricing add on was available in the basic for a limited number of options.

It took a moment to figure out the setup and how to make it work for the websites needs. Once it was figured out, it has been an amazing option. It has been customized to exactly what was needed (four individual shirt sizes per order, and shopper cannot proceed until options are selected).
