The Globo Product Options app has been crucial to making our products work on a new site. The interface balances a great deal of functionality alongside ease of use and flexibility. A key note is also the speed of support whenever we have had questions, I cannot state the value of this enough. Look forward to further use.

This app is amazing and is really important for the products that I sell due to needing lots of custom info from customers when they order. It’s so simple and if I ever have a problem or a question the team are really helpful especially Helen, Helen helped me a great deal this week and I’m very thankful to her. Highly recommend this app and it will always be a staple on my website!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Helen from the Globo Product Options, Variant support team, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. From the beginning, I encountered an issue with the app that was causing some disruptions in the way my store functioned. Given how essential this app is for managing product options and variants effectively, I needed a quick and reliable solution and that’s exactly what Helen provided.

Such a good app for having additional add ons. Especially in the jewellery industry and allowing customers to personalise with their own charms. Also, really helpful customer service team. They helped code in extra changes for me. 100% recommend.

Fantastic app! It’s made rebuilding our complex products from WooCommerce on Shopify so much easier, without losing any of the advanced features we rely on. I hit a few snags (totally on me!), but the support team — especially Helen — were brilliant. I gave them dev access, and they jumped in, fixed everything quickly, and explained it all clearly. Top-notch service and a must-have app!

Implementing the app was painless and gave the options and visuals needed to best represent our product. The app is robust in both features and design options. The Globo crew is especially helpful with any problems you may have. Helen was wonderful to work with and was extremely prompt and thorough with their responses.
