Helen had assisted me, and the service provided was very good. She fixed all my issues very quick. Had sent an email late at night and the next morning everything was solved! Thank you very much !

The support team has been great. They got back to me ASAP via Live Chat. All issues were resolved right away. Easy to use app and configures easily with many themes.

Really easy to install and customise, and it's allowed us to offer personalisation options to add an extra touch to our service. We wanted the personalisation options to show up in the confirmation emails as well, so got in touch and Helen did an amazing job of editing the code to add this in - really really pleased with the service!

The support is great and they will try and help when possible. The time delay is a bit of an issue though with being GMT+7 hours and sometimes you have to wait a day for things to be done. But the app is great value.
